When a couple shows up laughing, joking, and completely relaxed—you just know it’s going to be a good session. That was Tiffany and Ben from the moment we met up for their engagement shoot at McConnells Mill in Portersville, PA. These two brought all the good vibes—laid-back, light-hearted, and so incredibly in love.
Tucked away in the beautiful hills of western Pennsylvania, McConnells Mill State Park is a location that never disappoints. With its charming covered bridge, winding trails, rocky riverbanks, and the iconic mill itself (built in the mid-1800s), it’s a blend of romance, history, and natural beauty. The sound of the rushing Slippery Rock Creek created a serene background as we wandered through the park, stopping at every perfect photo spot along the way. This park is not just a stunning backdrop—it’s a piece of Pennsylvania history that adds depth and character to every frame.
Tiffany and Ben were so excited for these photos, and it showed in the best way. Whether they were exploring the rocks near the waterfall, stealing a kiss on the bridge, or laughing at each other’s silly jokes, they made the entire session feel like a celebration. It was one of those shoots that flew by because we were all just having fun. Their chemistry? Effortless. Their love? Undeniable.
What I loved most was how comfortable they were just being themselves. From the sweet quiet moments to the belly laughs, they embraced every bit of it. It was clear they weren’t just excited for photos—they were excited to be together and to celebrate this season of their life.
I’m already counting down the days until their wedding on August 22nd, 2026 at The Union Barn in New Kensington—one of my all-time favorite venues! If their engagement session was any hint of what’s to come, I know their wedding day will be full of laughter, joy, and beautiful moments just like these.
Tiffany and Ben, thank you for trusting me to capture your story. I can’t wait to celebrate with you both again soon!
